We are developing new enrichment strategies for the selective enrichment of posttranslational modifications and chemically tagged proteins.

Current research focus:

• IMAC-enrichable affinity tags (PhosID) that are compatible with ABPP studies.
• Exact drug binding site identification using phosphonate handles 
• Fragmentation behavior of ABPs to allow identification of their protein binding sites.
