Since 2001 Majanne Wolters is working as a teacher at the pharmacy department in the field of communication training and assessment. As from april 2022 she is appointed as senior lecturer.

She is also responsible for the development and implementation of the communication training and assessment in the pharmacy master curriculum. From 2013 -2018 she was involved in a serious gaming project of Utrecht University.

During her study Molecular Science at Wageningen University (1989) she specialized in education and counseling especially in  communication training. After that she worked for different organizations, mainly as a communication skills trainer.
