Max is a PhD candidate at the Department of Human Geography and Spatial Planning. In his research he focuses on the 'just city' and how this abstract concept can be made more explicit and more actionable in day-to-day planning practice.

Max holds a degree in Psychology (BSc, Utrecht University), Applied Cognitive Psychology (MSc, Utrecht University) and Applied Ethics (MA, Utrecht University).
