Michal Baczyk is currently a PhD Candidate at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development at Utrecht University.

In 2021 he obtained his MSc degree in Sustainable Business and Innovation from Utrecht University (the Netherlands), and in 2015 graduated with a BSc in Aerospace Engineering with specialization in Automation and Aeronautical Systems from Warsaw University of Technology (Poland).

Before pursuing a career in sustainability, he worked for 5 years in quality management of satellites and launch rockets (Switzerland).
