Prof. Dr. Martin Everaert is professor Linguistics: Lexicon and Syntax. He works, primarily on the syntax-semantics interface (anaphora: reflexives, reciprocals), the lexicon-syntax interface (idioms/collocations, and argument structure) and language evolution. He is, among others, member of the Editorial Board of Linguistic Inquiry (MIT Press) and series editor (with Henk van Riemsdijk) of the Wiley Companion series.  

Martin Everaert teaches in the Linguistics departement.
