I am interested in energy market challenges from a network perspective. I study the macroeconomic impact of energy price shocks for the EU with a model that considers input-output linkages as well as the highly geographically concentrated nature of energy imports. Besides, I study how climate policy could smoothen the macroeconomic fluctuations following energy price shocks.
