Larisa Riedijk MSc

Larisa Riedijk is a PhD-candidate at the department of Social, Health and Organisational Psychology within the labgroup of prof. dr. Belle Derks. Her research is about how men and women in heterosexual relationships can cooperate with each other in dividing their tasks of paid work, household and childcare. She examines how task divisions among couples change during big life events, such as expecting a first child or the lockdown of COVID-19. She also looks at the consequences of these changes on relationship outcomes. Her interdisciplinary research integrates psychological, sociological and philosophical perspectives.
