My name is Lena, and I am a PhD student in the Organisational Behavior Research group. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and attained a Research Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Radboud University in Nijmegen.

My research interests are related to the domain of environmental psychology and work and organizational psychology.

I am currently working on a PhD project titled "Let’s keep the discussion up! Understanding the mechanisms of voice behavior for sustainable behavior change" together with Dr. Madelijn Strick and Prof. dr. Naomi Ellemers. This research explores under which conditions people dare to speak up with their ideas, suggestions, and concerns, and which ways of speaking up are most effective and for whom. To answer our research questions, we conduct field studies in intragroup contexts, lab studies with physiological data, and online survey studies. This PhD project forms part of the Sustainable Cooperation Framework (SCOOP).
