Luana holds an LL.M. in Globalisation and Law, from Maastricht University, and a Bachelor of Laws, from the University of Brasília. Among other things, she has worked as an environmental lawyer in Brazil, a trainee at the European Commission and, more recently, a diversity, equity and inclusion/social impact expert. Besides non-discrimination law, Luana is highly interested in corporate social responsibility and the intersection between social rights and sustainability.
