Leonie Guerrero Lara is a PhD Candidate at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Her ongoing PhD project investigates the role of community-supported agriculture networks as political actors in advancing more socially and ecologically just agri-food systems and societies through the lens of social movement theory. Her engagement with community-supported agriculture is not limited to academia, as she also volunteers in the German ‘Netzwerk Solidarische Landwirtschaft’. Further research interests span across critical agrarian studies, degrowth and post-capitalism. Leonie holds an MSc in Social-Ecological Resilience for Sustainable Development from the Stockholm Resilience Centre, Stockholm University.
