Kim Schuurman has been working as PhD research candidate at the Utrecht Centre for European Research into Family Law (UCERF) since 2024. She conducts research into children’s digital rights. Kim will investigate how children’s rights, particularly their right to privacy, can best be promoted and protected in our digitalised society. Her research is supervised by Wendy Schrama, Nadya Purtova and Lorena Sosa.
