Koen Haex (he/him) is a Teacher-PhD in Constitutional Law at the Institute of Jurisprudence, Constitutional and Administrative Law and the Montaigne Centre for Rule of Law and Administration of Justice. He is conducting PhD research into the cabinet formation in Dutch constitutional law. He also teaches seminars in the courses Introduction to Constitutional and Administrative Law and Constitutional Law. He is also co-coordinator of the Constitutional Law course for the honours programme. In addition to his work at Utrecht University, Koen is a junior board member at the Ars Aequi Foundation.
