Besides my research and teaching activities, I engage in further impact activities. I care a lot about supporting student volunteering, sustainable entrepreneurship activities and sustainability movements at higher-education institutions. I was a scientific advisor for sustainable entrepreneurship at ENACTUS Stuttgart, a scientific advisor for sustainability in the Junior Business Team, and a member of the Working Group Sustainability Hohenheim, collaborating with the Impact Hub Stuttgart and the Social Impact Lab Stuttgart. I am engaged in the Green Office Movement and support the student organisation for sustainability at higher-education institutions. I try to have societal impact by engaging in policy advice, e.g., advising the German Science and Humanities Council.

I am a trained Prosocial facilitator and try to bring more prosocial relations and behaviour into this world.

I am a fellow of the fith cohort of the Postdoc Academy for Transformational Leadership.
