Joram Feitsma (1990) is Assistant Professor at Utrecht University School of Governance (USG). His research is concerned with crisis management, behavioural change, the role of expertise in policy, and techniques of futuring. Next to this, as part of USBO Advies, he facilitates an external training program on leadership and management skills. 

With a background in Philosophy as well as Public Administration and Organisation Science, Joram conducted his doctoral research on behaviour experts in governments, culminating in the book 'Inside the Behavioural State'. Joram has been a visiting researcher at Aberystwyth University and the University of Queensland, and he has been seconded to the Behavioural Insight Team of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Next to this, Joram is academic partner of the Interdisciplinary Behavioural Insights Centre at Aberystwyth University, and involved in the NIG colloquium Critical and Interpretive Public Administration. Recently, he followed the post-academic executive program Inside Dynamics in Organizations.
