Jooske achieved her basis teaching qualification (BTQ) in 2014, the senior qualification (STQ) in 2021. She chaired de committee Optimalisation Bachelor curriculum (2020-2021), as well as the subsequent implementation committee bachelor curriculum 2022 (2021 - april 2023). She was member of the bachelor examination committee (2021-Nov. 2022), and the quality assessment committee. From 2019 till April 2023, Jooske coordinates pathology education in bachelor and master. As of May 2023, she is director Undergraduate School of Veterinary Medicine, UU.  Starting September 2025, she is member of the  UU Onderwijsfestival 2026 organizing committee, and starting October 2025, she is member of the USO grant-committee. 

In teaching, she contributes in the necropsy hall for exotics and wildlife, in bachelor courses digestion and elective Wildlife, coordinating pathology bachelor thesis and is tutor of twelve students.
