Ingrid Koning is an assistant professor at the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law. She teaches Insolvency law, International Commercial law and Commercial & Business law. Her research focuses on liability aspects in Transport Law and the effect of European Passenger Regulations in the national and international legal order. Her research is embedded in the programs: Utrecht Centre for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL) and Regulation and Enforcement in Europe (RENFORCE/EIU)
