Henrico van Roekel is an Assistant Professor at the Utrecht University School of Governance (USG), specializing in leadership, behavioral experiments, and well-being at work. Committed to Open Science, his research appears in journals like Public Management Review, Applied Psychology, and Leadership, and has been featured in media outlets such as Behavioral Scientist, NRC, and BNR Nieuwsradio. A board member of the Dutch Association for Public Administration, he promotes accessible public administration research. In 2022, he was a visiting scholar at The People Lab, Harvard University. Henrico earned his PhD cum laude in 2024.
