Trade union officer FNV for the Utrecht University
One of my functions as trade union officer is to signal work related problems within a university broad network and report these to the trade union member group. Another task is the organization of employees with shared interests or work-related challenges in order to create a strong and united group that can find and negotiate solutions. Furthermore, I’m the first contact for many employees for guidance and support from the trade union FNV. This often means I try to find the best solution for employees within the rules and context of the Utrecht University or point them into the right direction for further assistance.
