I am currently a postdoctoral researcher and data scientist at the Bioinformatics Group at Wageningen University & Research and the Theoretical Biology & Bioinformatics Group at Utrecht University. In this role, I organize and integrate data generated within the MiCRop Consortium (an NWO Gravitation Programme), a multidisciplinary consortium that aims to enhance crop resilience to environmental stress through beneficial microbes. My work primarily involves bioinformatics analyses and the application of emerging machine learning methods for data integration and interpretation.
