Gonneke Marina Ton works as a researcher in the Department of Social, Health, and Organizational Psychology - Groups and Identity lab  In her research, she contributes to an exploratory survey study on the motivations, abilities, and opportunities of women without income in the Netherlands, as part of the NWA project Economic Resilience Women. This project aligns with her broader interest in social, societal, and political change and her commitment to understanding the social forces individuals face in various contexts.
