Research interest
The research focuses in particular on the following topics:

• the development of national and international contract law (see, inter alia, the monograph Commercial Contracts (Paris 2013)

• the place of copyright within the private law system (see the monograph Intellectual Property (Wolters Kluwer 2018); the relationship between copyright law and human rights (see contributions to conferences UNISA Johannesburg 2009; ATRIP Vilnius 2009; CO-REACH Shanghai 2010 ) as well as a contribution on moral rights in Dutch copyright law in the international context ( see Ch. 18 Moral Rights, Sweet & Maxwell 2010)
