Course Workload Calculator

Takes into account contact hours, reading load, assessments, and written assignments to verify that a coure's total student workload matches its ECTS credit allocation.

Hours to FTE Calculator

Convert between working hours and FTE for Utrecht University staff. Spreads totals across academic blocks to show hours per week and per day.

Time Registration App

Track time across roles and FTE allocations throughout the academic year. Log hours with short aliases, monitor budget per task, and export to CSV.

Selection & Acceptance Projector

Developed for our two-year joint program where Year 1 students are distributed across partner institutions before converging at our home institution in Year 2. Given historical acceptance and dropout patterns per partner, it calculates how many offers you need to send to reliably hit the Year 2 enrolment target.

Meeting Agenda Scheduler

Distribute time across agenda items and adjust live with sliders. Paste or load an agenda, set total duration and start time — the tool redistributes remaining time automatically.
