Elif Erken is a postdoctoral candidate at the Montaigne Centre for Rule of Law and Administration of Justice of Utrecht University. She works at the Institute of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Legal Theory and is as fellow affiliated with the Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (SIM).
