As Management Assistant at the Mathematics Institute I have a few fixed tasks:

• Website content maintenance
• MI Library Assistant
• Monthly newsletter creation
• MyPhD Secretary
• Pure Contact

Beyond this my role is project-based. These include, process update and development, conference organising, selection committee support, communications, and organising departmental social gatherings.

Additionally, I use my experience and interest in accessibility, community, and events to work with the Science Faculty EDI Science Committee, Science Faculty EDI Working Groups, run a Neurodivergent Network within the department, and volunteer with core team of U-AccessAbility (formerly Netwerk USP Inclusief).
