As Management Assistant at the Mathematics Institute I have a few fixed tasks:

• Website content maintenance
• MI Library Assistant
• Monthly newsletter creation
• MyPhD Secretary
• Pure Contact

I also work on ad-hoc projects such as process update and development, communications, and departmental social gatherings.

Additionally, I use my experience and interest in accessibility, community, and events to work with the Science Faculty EDI Working Groups, run a Neurodivergent Network within the department, volunteer with U-AccessAbility (formerly Netwerk USP Inclusief), and the forthcoming event (2026) relating to the Colonial History of the Science Faculty.
