I have been working since 2019 in the Education Policy team of the Student & Academic Affairs Office. As of September 2025, I will also be a member of the Employees' Consultative Body Corporate Office. The consultative body can be reached via DienstraadUBD-info@uu.nl. Within the Education Policy team, I am a senior policy advisor and cluster coordinator for quality assurance. In this role, I ensure coherence and alignment across the various dossiers related to educational quality. I am responsible for the following dossiers: the Institutional Quality Assurance Audit (ITK), programme evaluations and accreditations, and internal certification. I coordinate the meetings of the UU Quality Assurance Network and represent Utrecht University in the National Quality Assurance Network.

In addition to my expertise in accreditations and quality assurance, I also have knowledge and experience in the area of admissions and selection, including matching, binding study advice, the special feature of small-scale and intensive education (bkki), and numerus fixus.
