André Verburg is a judge at the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State and, for one day a week, professor of Legal Protection against the Government. He received his PhD in 2019 with the dissertation 'Even-handed Proceedings before the Administrative Law Judge. The Hearing, Final Dispute Settlement and Matters of Proof'. At the Council of State he is president of the research center of de Administrative Jurisdiction Division. He specializes in administrative procedural law, evidence law, final dispute resolution, procedural justice, responsiveness and rule of law, and plain language in a judicial context.
