The HR Expertises department focuses on policy and services in the areas of health and safety, welfare, company social work and PhD psychologist, (international) recruitment & selection, career guidance, participation law, legal status, social safety and vitality. In addition, the privacy officer for the HR directorate is on our team.

The International Service Desk handles all visa applications for the entire university and offers comprehensive information on living and working in the Netherlands. In addition to assisting with immigration procedures and housing, international employees can address their specific questions about their stay in the Netherlands to the ISD. The ISD also ensures that international employees receive a welcoming reception within the university.
