Anna Vera van Beusekom is a PhD Candidate at the Molengraaff Instituut voor Privaatrecht and at the Utrecht Centre for Regulation and Enforcement in Europe (RENFORCE). She researches the regulation of alternative finance for SMEs, focussing on crowdfunding. The research is conducted under supervision of Prof. mr. drs. Jan Biemans, Prof. mr. Tomas Arons and Mr. dr. Peter Laaper.
