Marlou is an editor of the legal journal Letsel & Schade (https://www.letselenschade.nl/) and employee of the Dutch Journal of Civil Law. She is also a lecturer at Studiecentrum Kerckebosch. In addition, Marlou is president of the Ardemus Foundation, a foundation associated with the Ardemus saxophone quartet.
