We're trying to find a more holistic approach towards personalization to ensure a fair learning platform for everybody.

PhenomPeople is a widely used Talent Experience Management Platform built to attract, identify, and build relationships with the right talent at the right time. I was engaged in building intelligent systems that help computers understand job requirements (Parsing), predicting how suitable a candidate is to a job (Fit), Job Recommendations, and Vocabulary Standardization.

ZL Tech provides a single-platform approach to enterprise information governance. The flagship product, ZL Unified Archive provides a framework for eDiscovery, Compliance, Archiving and Analytics. Developed, validated and maintained the intelligent email filtering and search indexing subsystems. Also had an opportunity to be thoroughly introduced to change and release management.

Data Scientist @ Simility-Paypal
Simility (now a Paypal service) provides Fraud Prevention and Detection services for eCommerce portals using an AI-powered human-centric framework. As the first Data Scientist in Hyderabad, I was engaged in building scalable Machine Learning systems using Python, Spark, Cassandra, H2O.ai and provided a templating mechanism to seamlessly integrate with the existing rule-based systems in real time.

Community

I run a community of 450,000 Data Science professionals and students through Facebook Groups and Whatsapp. We organize tutorials, invited talks, and study group sessions to the data science enthusiasts all around the world. If you'd like to give a talk or attend an event, please reach out to me.
