Our lab explores the microbiome-driven metabolic regulation of epi-transcriptomics and epigenetics in crops. We focus on the interplay between these mechanisms and their role in modulating plant immune responses. Additionally, we investigate how the microbiome influences nuclear sulfur metabolism in host plants, impacting nutrient use and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses
