I am working as postdoctoral project coordinator serology at the Biomolecular Mass Spectrometry and Proteomics group of Prof. Heck at Utrecht University. The overarching subjects of my research are antibodies and proteomics. The main focus is on the protein-level sequencing of antibodies from human biofluids, mainly serum and milk.

Previously, I did my PhD and first years of postdoctoral research at the Rheumatology department of the Erasmus Medical Center and the Center for Proteomics and Metabolomics at Leiden University Medical Center, focussing on immunoglobulin glycosylation analysis. I combined method development with the application, mainly on samples of the PARA cohort (pregnancy and Rheumatoid Arthritis).
