The Utrecht Centre for Global Challenges is looking for a Personal Assistant (0.6 FTE) to support the administrative and organizational duties of Professor Johan Schot.
About Professor Johan Schot
Johan Schot is Professor of Global Comparative History at the Utrecht Centre for Global Challenges at Utrecht University (UGlobe). He is Director of the Transformative Innovation Policy Consortium (TIPC) and the Deep Transitions research project. Professor Schot’s interests orientate around action-driven research that focuses on integrating disciplines and providing the historical perspective to support positive societal change.
About your opportunity
As a key member of Professor Johan Schot’s team, you will offer an exemplary level of service to all contacts that interact with the Utrecht Centre for Global Challenges and provide a range of administrative support (organizing meetings, managing agenda’s, taking minutes, filing expenses etc.). Reporting to Prof. Schot, the Personal Assistant will directly support his work, collaborate with colleagues across UGlobe to advance institutional priorities, and act as a welcoming representative of prof. Schot and Utrecht University.
