De afdeling Culturele Antropologie richt zich op sociaal en cultureel antropologisch wetenschappelijk onderwijs en onderzoek. Culturele Antropologie bestudeert samenhang, veranderingen, en conflicten in menselijke samenleving en cultuur vanuit een mondiaal en vergelijkend perspectief. Onze nadruk ligt op kwalitatieve methoden van sociaalwetenschappelijk onderzoek met een centrale plaats voor etnografisch veldwerk in de fysieke en virtuele sociale ruimte.
