Profiel

Ik ben wetenschappelijk directeur van het Freudenthal Instituut. Naast mijn verantwoordelijkheid voor het onderzoeksprogramma van het instituut gaat mijn persoonlijke belangstelling uit naar het gebruik van moderne technologie in het beta-onderwijs. Met name het gebruik van simulaties, modelleergereedschap heeft mijn aandacht. De recentste ontwikkelingen betreffen het gebruik van tekeningen als opstap voor het maken van computermodellen.
