Ulrich Zierahn-Weilage is Assistant Professor of Economics and Data Analytics at the Utrecht University, Utrecht School of Economics. He is also a Senior Researcher at the ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research in Mannheim, Germany. His research focuses on the consequences of digitalization and globalization for the dynamics of individual labour market careers and for the economic performance of regional labour markets. Moreover, he investigates the effects of agglomeration of economic activities on the disparities between regional labour markets.
