I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Utrecht University School of Economics. My research combines behavioral experiments run online and in the field with theoretical and computational models to understand people’s beliefs, choices, and psychological underpinnings. A large part of my research investigates the impact of the decision context on individuals other regarding behavior theoretically and experimentally. Before starting as a Ph.D. at the Utrecht School of Economics, I studied Pure Mathematics and Economics in Iran.
