As a guest lecturer in the Master of Business Informatics, I help students explore Digital Transformation & Architecture. My lectures focus on practical skills like business capability modeling, roadmapping, and guardrails. I also guide students through their assignments, where they tackle real organizational challenges. It's rewarding to see students learn how to turn strategic ideas into clear, actionable digital strategy and solutions.
