Riccardo Valboni is an Assistant Professor of International Business at the Utrecht School of Economics (U.S.E.). He holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, The Netherlands.
His research focuses on three main themes: (1) how corporate experiences affect the success and failure of international mergers and acquisitions; (2) determinants and consequences of the foreign relocation of corporate headquarters (CHQ); (3) threats to national security caused by inbound foreign investments.
At U.S.E., Riccardo teaches courses in international business, data analytics, research methods, and mergers and acquisitions.
