I am a PhD candidate in the Organizational Behavior research group, led by Professor Naomi Ellemers. I have a background in Psychology and hold a Research Master's degree in Behavioral Science from Radboud University.
My PhD project titled "Should I? How Appeals to Moral Responsibility Affect Individual-Level Behavioral Change" is under the joint supervision of Dr. Félice van Nunspeet, Prof. Frank Hindriks, and Prof. Naomi Ellemers. The primary aim of this research is to explore how individuals respond to moral appeals, employing a multi-method approach involving behavioral, physiological, and neuroimaging techniques. My PhD is a part of the broader framework established by the Sustainable Cooperation (SCOOP) project.
My research interests are wide-ranging, but primarily focus on understanding the neural mechanisms underlying social behavior, morality and moral decision-making, and the neural representations of various social interactions, including cooperation, conflict, trust, and fairness.
