Researcher and data manager @ Utrecht University, Pharmacoepidemiology and Clinical Pharmacology (50% of my time)

• I am currently supervising three PhD students
• I am part of the data management team, in which we develop and maintain quality standards for conducting research
• Every week, I organise our divisional research symposium, together with a colleague
• I function as an associate editor for the scientific journal 'Pharmacoepidemiology and Drug Safety' 
• I have a drive to improve (PhD) supervision practices at our division

Expert in pharmacoepidemiology @ Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board, Pharmacovigilance (50% of my time)

• I function as an assessor in pharmacovigilance 
• I assist colleagues with their assessments and have an overall advisory role in pharmacoepidemiology
• Mostly involved in the assessment of Post Authorisation Safety Studies (PASS), but also Scientific Advice or Qualification procedures
• I provide educational sessions in pharmacoepidemiological methods / use of real world data
• I part of the Methodology and the Real World Evidence group
