My name is Lena, and I am a PhD student in the Organisational Behavior Research group. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology and attained a Research Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Radboud University in Nijmegen.
My research interests are related to the domain of environmental psychology, behavioral change, positive experiences, goals, and motivation.
I am currently working on a PhD project titled "Let’s keep it fun! Using positive experiences to cope with moral responsibility and endure behavioural change" together with Dr. Madelijn Strick, Dr. Félice van Nunspeet, and Prof. dr. Naomi Ellemers. This research explores how fun, creative, and/or interactive group contexts could stimulate enjoyment while facing difficulties or setbacks related to moral challenges. This PhD project forms part of the Sustainable Cooperation Framework (SCOOP).
