Successfully designed & implemented new virtual support organisational structure for Government Affairs across Sub-Saharan Africa to support 3 commercial businesses and 2 non-commercial entities, including recruitment & training, strategy development & implementation -led team to success in less than one year.

Thought leadership & advocacy on various topics related to the healthcare sector, including: health systems strengthening, universal health coverage, healthcare delivery, regulation of health products, including regulatory harmonisation in Africa, local manufacturing of health products, clinical research, regulatory harmonisation, healthcare sector development, including healthcare and trade, reimbursement & pricing & national healthcare budgets.

Authoring and publication of various reports, policy submissions and international peer reviewed research articles on topics related to the health policy environment in Africa

Led initiative to harmonize pharmaceutical supply chain in the SADC region by addressing policy & operational barriers through the formation of a multi-stakeholder forum as a board member of the Nepad Business Foundation. 

Currently leading research on the creation of regional and continental value chains for the local manufacturing of vaccines in Africa under the AfCFTA as Principal Researcher at Nelson Mandela School of Public Governance.

Member of market design and demand intelligence workstream of the Partnership for African Vaccine Manufacturing (PAVM), which has been tasked with increasing the local manufacturing capacity of vaccines in Africa.

Regularly provide online consulting advisory services on platforms such as GLG, Atheneum, Coleman Research, Guidepoint and others. 

Volunteer mentor for African Academy for Sciences and Pan African Women in Health

Consultancy & strategic advisory services to government departments, NPOs and multilateral organizations in healthcare policy and implementation of strategic initiatives.
