What will our deltas look like in 2100?

How much coastal erosion can we expect if sea-level rise continues to accelerate?

We study how tides, waves, and sea level shape coastal environments. We do fieldwork and apply numerical models of coral reefs, tidal lagoons, Arctic coastlines, barrier islands, and river deltas. We apply our research to investigate coastal change and coastal hazards such as flooding, subsidence, and erosion.
