As a doctoral researcher at the Utrecht University School of Economics (USE), I am part of the project “The Future of Work and Organisational Creativity.” My research explores the evolving landscape of creative work in the age of generative AI. We investigate this paradigm shift through a multi-level approach, considering the micro (employee), meso (organization), and macro (economic) perspectives. For instance, workers may need to redefine their relevance and unique contributions as generative AI challenges long-held beliefs about the distinctiveness and superiority of human creativity. My PhD project is supervised by Dr. Mathias Boënne, Dr. Shirley Jin, Dr. Julia Penning de Vries, and Prof. Samuele Murtinu.

Before joining USE, I worked as a junior teacher in the Communication Science Department at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (2022–2025). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Tilburg University (2017–2020), where I specialized in Medical Psychology and completed a minor in Positive and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I then pursued a Research Master’s in Social and Behavioural Sciences with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology (2020–2022).
