Chenhao Zhou obtained M.Sc. in Cultural Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and studied Organizational Studies at Tilburg University. Her research interests focus on emotion, LGBTQIA+, cultural diversity, and inclusion in organizations. She is a part of the Research group Organizational behavior.
Chenhao's Ph.D. project is about the professional-private life distinction and its implications for employees’ well-being and cooperation with co-workers. This project aims to make the minority with visible differences and/ or “concealable” stigmatized characteristics bring their “whole selves” to work. This project is a part of the Sustainable Cooperation (SCOOP) program applying an interdisciplinary approach to fostering resilient societies.
