Chenhao Zhou obtained M.Sc. in Cultural Psychology at the University of Amsterdam and studied Organizational Studies at Tilburg University. Her research interests focus on emotion, cultural diversity, and inclusion in organizations.  She is a part of the Research group Organizational behavior.

Chenhao's Ph.D. project is about the professional-private life distinction and its implications for employees’ well-being and cooperation with co-workers. This project aims to make the minority with visible differences and/ or ”concealable” stigmatized characteristics bring their “whole selves” to work. This project is a part of the Sustainable Cooperation (SCOOP) program applying an interdisciplinary approach to fostering resilient societies.
