As a PhD student, my research lies on the intersection of adaptive immunology, virology and structural biology, focusing on the antibody-based immune response upon flavivirus infection using various structural biology techniques, particularly mass spectrometry-based (MS) applications. With help of my supervisor dr. Joost Snijder, I work on method development for hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) and applying native MS and other mass-based techniques to further our research.
