Brit Bulah began her Ph.D. trajectory on Accelerating the Transition to Plant-based Proteins in the Netherlands on September 1st, 2020. Her main empirical focus area is the plant-based protein transition. Her areas of theoretical expertise include (technological) innovation systems, sustainability transitions, institutional literature, organizational literature, and international business and strategy literature.
