Currently doing my PhD in the human-centred Computing group in collaboration with the Dutch Railways (NS). My current research focuses on context-aware personalization for public transport information systems, upholding a traveler-centered approach.
I have a background in Industrial Design (Bachelor's) and Human-Technology Interaction (Master's). I like to navigate the crossroads of design, psychology, and artificial intelligence. I am interested in human behaviour and cognition, aiming to leverage this knowledge to improve interactions with AI applications. I am driven to understand the impact of AI on experiences, behaviour and decision-making processes. I strive to safeguard the responsible and human-centred development of these technologies.
