About the hosts

Janneke Hermans works at the international marketing department of Utrecht University. As a strong believer in the excellence of the education at Utrecht University, she loves to help international students to make a well informed choice on where to go next in their academic career.

Hanna Zorándy is a Dutch-Hungarian girl, who lived all her life in Hungary, before coming to the Netherlands for the Master's programme Science and Business Management. She firmly believes that the Dutch education system offers strong practical knowledge, and that Utrecht is especially a great choice to live and study as a student. The city is vivid, full with happenings and great student life, while there are no big distances - just hop on your bike and you are there at your next destination in no time.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Bianca Wildish is a Kiwi girl with Dutch heritage who came to the Netherlands to get in touch with her roots and pursue her Research Master's in Human Geography and Planning. She is really enjoying both the study and social opportunities student life in Utrecht has to offer. The Research Masters programme is equipping her with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research skills as well as knowledge and perspectives in the fields of urban and economic geography. She finds Utrecht to be a super cosy, bike-friendly and student-friendly city where everything is accessible and there is always fun to be had and new friends to be made.
